SIGNED Copy,Laminated paperback, x + 230pp. Illustrated with b/w photos and line maps and other illustrations this is a comprehensive history of Runcorn the first to be written since Charles Nickson's of 1887 and ends in 1964 when designated a "New Town" Of particular interest to present and former residients of Runcorn for whom and at their request it was principally written this copy has the added attribute of being signed and dated by the author on the title page. VG (Book- Covers a little rubbed and reading crease to front spine fold, no previous owner name. Light crease to top rear corner. Not significant but worthy of mention). No other notable defects.
